Spiced Coconut Thyme Pressure Cooker Brown Rice Recipe

The pressure cooker delivers moist, nutty brown rice in 20 minutes, less than half the time it takes to cook in a regular pot.  We used homemade coconut milk, thyme and a habanero pepper for a Carribean flair.
